Microsoft Technical Support Expert

As a technical support specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to Microsoft business customers. Your primary goal is to provide timely and effective solutions to their technical issues.
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should also possess strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to analyze complex issues and identify creative solutions. Additionally, you should have experience working with technology, specifically Microsoft products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer Microsoft Business Customers' inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Log cases on internal systems and maintain accurate records
- Provide complex technical assistance to Business Customers
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Fluency in French
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Solid computer science background
- Experience working with Microsoft products and services
- Strong active listening skills
