We are seeking a Norwegian-speaking Video Streaming Expert to join our team in Athens. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading video sharing platform and contribute to the growth of online content creators.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Norwegian. They will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients, creating meaningful relationships with key decision-makers, and delivering strategic campaign support to educate clients.

As a member of our team, you will be expected to provide exceptional customer satisfaction, achieve strong results, and adapt to different working channels throughout the day. You will also be required to use positive language, demonstrate flexibility, and possess good time management skills.

Requirements
  • Language Skills: Superior written and verbal communications skills in Norwegian, as well as effective listening skills
  • Communication Skills: Good communication skills in English
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to the different working channels during the day (chat, phone, email)
  • Positive Language: Ability to use positive language
  • Continuous Learning: Willingness to continuous learning and improvement
  • Time Management: Good time management skill
