Job Overview:

At the forefront of modern transportation, we're seeking a highly skilled Estonian-speaking professional to join our team as a Customer Expert.

As a key member of our team, you will:
  • Handle truck and bus related inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or chat in a case-closed manner.
  • Support customers with truck breakdowns by creating cases in our CRM system after identifying the customer, vehicle, location, and verifying GOP coverage.
  • Collaborate with dealers/technicians or 3rd parties to resolve issues when necessary.
  • De-escalate concerns, propose solutions within set parameters, or refer to 2nd/3rd parties.
  • Answer questions on customer service, technical, and product matters, as well as general corporate information.
  • Maintain a customer relationship database and follow up on customer contacts.
Requirements:
  • Excellent command of Estonian
  • Good communication skills in English
  • A high school diploma or its equivalent is required.
  • A basic awareness of automotive roadside assistance procedures
  • Work experience with knowledge management systems and information research
  • Professional expertise with ticketing and roadside assistance is preferred.
  • Previous experience working in a contact center or managing mail is preferred.
