Key Job Responsibilities

The role of Exports Coordinator involves working closely with international clients, sales agents and internal departments to ensure smooth order flow. Key responsibilities include daily communication with clients in English, processing export orders, issuing commercial offers, tracking outstanding payments and coordinating with production teams.

This position requires excellent organizational skills, a strong business mindset and the ability to maintain accurate records. A degree in Business, Economics or related field is desirable, as well as previous work experience in a relevant role. Strong proficiency in English and familiarity with ERP systems are also essential.
