Requirements

To succeed in this position, you should have:

  • Proven experience in a similar position in the banking sector or financial services industry;
  • Familiarity working with dialer systems;
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills;
  • Results orientation, accountability, and self-drive to deliver consistent performance;
  • Comfortable working in challenging environments and meeting deadlines;
  • Good command of English;
  • Efficient computer skills and multitasking abilities.
