Are you passionate about social media and community management? We are seeking a Content Moderator to join our team in Athens, Greece.

Job Description
  • Oversee user-generated content to ensure compliance with community standards and brand guidelines.

Foster positive interactions among users and provide constructive feedback professionally. You will be responsible for reviewing and moderating content to ensure adherence to community guidelines and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and moderate user-generated content.
  • Engage with users through comments, messages, and inquiries.
  • Identify, report, and address inappropriate content or harmful user behavior.
  • Analyze user interactions to gather insights that enhance community engagement.
Requirements
  • Fluency in a Nordic language is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with various social media platforms and content moderation practices.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Prior experience in content moderation, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
