Αρμοδιότητες
Είναι υπεύθυνη/νος για τη βελτιστοποίηση της παραγωγικότητας διασφαλίζοντας την ακεραιότητα και τεχνική επάρκεια των υλικών συσκευασίας.
Χρησιμοποιώντας άρτιο τεχνικό υπόβαθρο στο πεδίο της Τεχνολογία Υλικών αναλύει συστηματικά και αντιστοιχίζει τα brief από το marketing αλλά και από πελάτες φασόν με την τρέχουσα αλλά και νέες παλέτες υλικών συσκευασίας.
Συνεργάζεται με εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες για την ανάπτυξη πρωτογενών και δευτερογενών υλικών συσκευασίας. Επικυρώνει την επάρκεια των επιλεγμένων υλικών συσκευασίας μέσω ανάλογων τεστ τα οποία και μεταγλωττίζει σε σαφή συμπεράσματα και προτάσεις. Αναλύει κοστολογικά κάθε brief για την υποστήριξη του P&L του προϊόντος.
Ορίζει τεχνικές προδιαγραφές και έχει κατανόηση των συστημάτων διαχείρισης εικαστικών, ποιότητας, και ρίσκου.
Είναι υπεύθυνη/νος για την εδραίωση της ποιότητας και παραγωγικής συμβατότητα των υλικών συσκευασίας. Επικυρώνει την επάρκεια των επιλεγμένων υλικών συσκευασίας μέσω ανάλογων τεστ. Διαχείριση ποιοτικών προκλήσεων που προκύπτουν και υλοποίηση κατάλληλων διορθωτικών ενεργειών.
Αναπτύσσει τεχνολογικό χωνί νέων υλικών συσκευασίας, αναζητά, δοκιμάζει και υλοποιεί νέες καινοτόμες λύσεις με πυξίδα τον πελάτη, την αισθητική/ λειτουργικότητα, την παραγωγικότητα, την αειφορια και το κόστος.
Διαχειρίζεται πολλαπλά project με μικρές χρονικές προθεσμίες.
Δουλεύει αρμονικά με τις υπόλοιπες διευθύνσεις (Marketing, Εμπορικό, Παράγωγη, Εφοδιαστική Αλυσίδα, Procurement, Λογιστήριο).
Παρακολουθεί συχνά την αγορά για την αντιμετώπιση του ανταγωνισμού και τον προσδιορισμό ευκαιριών ανάπτυξης. Αναλύει και αξιολογεί ευκαιρίες στην αγορά Οικιακής Φροντίδας και Βιομηχανικού Καθαρισμού, επισκέπτεται και αξιολογεί νέους συνεργάτες και αντλεί νέες ιδέες και υλικά προς υλοποίηση. Χτίζει ένα ισχυρό οικοσύστημα προμηθευτών, εξωτερικών παρασκευαστών και εμπειρογνωμόνων της βιομηχανίας υλικών συσκευασίας.
Με κινητήριες δυνάμεις την τεχνική κατάρτιση και τη σαφήνεια στην επικοινωνία εμπνέει εμπιστοσύνη και πρεσβεύει το κύρος τεχνογνωσίας της εταιρείας στους πελάτες.
Εκπροσωπεί το τμήμα Συσκευασίας σε επαγγελματικούς χώρους και εκδηλώσεις.
Επιδιώκει συνεχή προσωπική ανάπτυξη μέσω Technical Training το οποίο παρέχεται τόσο εντός τμήματος όσο και εκτός.
Εκπαιδεύει συνάδελφους και αναπτύσσει τις τεχνικές τους ικανότητες.

Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ Χημικών/ Χημικών Μηχανικών η' Μηχανολόγων Μηχανικών
MSc σε σχετικό κλάδο, ιδανικά στο χώρο της Τεχνολογίας Υλικών
Άρτια γνώση ανάπτυξης η/κ εφαρμογής υλικ
