Η λειτουργία του Underwriting ανήκει στην Πρώτη Γραμμή Άμυνας ενός Ασφαλιστικού Οργανισμού. Αποτελεί λειτουργία πρωτεύουσας σημασίας, όντας επιφορτισμένο με τον έλεγχο ποιοτικών και ποσοτικών στοιχείων κυρίως στο στάδιο αξιολόγησης μιας αίτησης ασφάλισης. Συμμετέχει στον καθορισμό του Ασφαλίστρου και του Ασφαλισμένου Κεφαλαίου, ενώ ακολουθεί διαδικασίες και πρακτικές που διασφαλίζουν εναρμονισμό με το Κανονιστικό Πλαίσιο και την Πολιτική της Εταιρίας σχετικά με την Ανάληψη Κινδύνου. Ταυτόχρονα, διατηρεί ενεργό ρόλο στην κατάρτιση των όρων των Ασφαλιστικών Προγραμμάτων ώστε αυτοί να αντικατοπτρίζουν σαφώς στους υποψήφιους πελάτες τις προϋποθέσεις κάτω από τις οποίες παρέχεται η Ασφάλιση. Οφείλει να παρακολουθεί τις τάσεις στην αγορά, τις εξελίξεις στα ιατρικά και επιστημονικά δεδομένα και να γνωμοδοτεί για την αναπροσαρμογή των θέσεων της Εταιρίας όταν αυτό κρίνεται απαραίτητο. Με αυτόν τον τρόπο βοηθά τον Οργανισμό να τοποθετείται καίρια στον ανταγωνισμό και να βελτιστοποιεί τους όρους κάτω από τους οποίους αναλαμβάνει κινδύνους.
Κύρια Καθήκοντα
Εκτίμηση και ανάληψη κινδύνου Αιτήσεων Ασφάλισης ατομικών προγραμμάτων Ζωής και Υγείας, Επενδυτικών προγραμμάτων, τραπεζοασφαλιστικών προϊόντων (Credit Life) και Ομαδικών Ασφαλιστηρίων Ζωής και Υγείας
Εκτίμηση και ανάληψη κινδύνου Αιτήσεων Τροποποίησης
Έλεγχος Αποζημιώσεων για προΰπαρξη παθήσεων Υπολογισμός Επασφαλίστρων
Επικοινωνία με συνεργάτες για θέματα εκτίμησης κινδύνου
Επικοινωνία με Αντασφαλιστές non-standard υποθέσεις
Συμμετοχή στην υλοποίηση νέων προϊόντων
Συμμετοχή στην υλοποίηση συστημικών αλλαγών / βελτιώσεων που αφορούν τους κανόνες underwriting
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
Προφίλ υποψηφίου
Πτυχίο Στατιστικής, Οικονομικών ή γενικότερα εκπαιδευτικού ιδρύματος με Θετική Κατεύθυνση ή Ασφαλιστικής Επιστήμης. Ο Μεταπτυχιακός τίτλος σπουδών εκτιμάται ως επιπλέον προσόν
Καλή γνώση χειρισμού Η/Υ
Δυνατότητα επίτευξης στόχων υπό πίεση, εντός αυστηρών χρονικών ορίων και ποιοτικών προδιαγραφών
Προσανατολισμός στο αποτέλεσμα με ικανότητα ανάληψης πρωτοβουλιών
Αντίληψη, ωριμότητα και ιδιαίτερα αυξημένη αίσθηση της εμπιστευτικότητας λόγω της φύσης των πληροφοριών
Άριστη ικανότητα επικοινωνίας
Οργανωτικές δεξιότητες και αναλυτική σκέψη
