Job Responsibilities: Assist customers via phone, email, and chat, providing support in Norwegian for product inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on open cases. Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless and effective solutions for customers. Contribute to improving customer service processes and provide valuable feedback for continuous improvement. Requirements: Fluent in Norwegian (written and spoken) and good English communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time efficiently. Customer support experience is a plus but not required – training will be provided.
