Συνεργάζεται με μεγάλες τεχνικές εταιρίες, τόσο στην Ελλάδα όσο και στο εξωτερικό, και διακρίνεται για τα προϊόντα υψηλής ποιότητας και τη δυνατότητα παροχής πλήρους και υψηλού επιπέδου υποστήριξης.
Καθώς συμμετέχει σε διάφορα ευρωπαϊκά προγράμματα, η εταιρεία βρίσκεται στο πλαίσιο της υλοποίησης ενός καινοτόμου έργου, την κατασκευή του κινητήρα **LESS**.
**Η θέση**
Ο/η υποψήφιος/-α που θα επιλεγεί, θα αναφέρεται στην Διοίκηση και θα έχει ως σκοπό την οργάνωση του Λογιστηρίου, ενώ θα συμμετέχει ενεργά στο συντονισμό και τη διαχείριση της λειτουργίας της Εταιρίας, ώστε να διασφαλίζεται η επίτευξη των στόχων και η άριστη εξυπηρέτηση των πελατών της. Πιο συγκεκριμένα, τα καθήκοντα του/της θα περιλαμβάνουν:
- Οργάνωση και εκσυγχρονισμός του Λογιστηρίου της Εταιρίας, με έμφαση στην οικονομική διαχείριση και την αρχειοθέτηση
- Επικοινωνία με προμηθευτές, μεταφορικές εταιρείες και τράπεζες
- Σύνταξη και αποστολή προσφορών σε πελάτες
- Συμμετοχή στις εξαγωγικές δραστηριότητες της εταιρείας
- Καταγραφή δεδομένων σε αρχεία και σύνταξη εβδομαδιαίων και μηνιαίων αναφορών προς τη Διοίκηση
- Διασφάλιση της εύρυθμης λειτουργίας της Εταιρίας και της απρόσκοπτης εξυπηρέτησης των πελατών της.
**Το προφίλ σας**
Προκειμένου να είστε σε θέση να ανταποκριθείτε στα απαιτητικά καθήκοντα του/της Accounting & Operations Manager, θα πρέπει να διαθέτετε τα ακόλουθα:
- Πτυχίο Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων, Οικονομικών ή συναφούς ειδικότητας
- Εμπειρία τουλάχιστον 3 ετών σε αντίστοιχους ρόλους
- Αναλυτική ικανότητα και ικανότητα επίλυσης προβλημάτων
- Ικανότητα προγραμματισμού και οργάνωσης
- Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικών και MS Office
- Εξαιρετική γνώση και εμπειρία ηλεκτρονικής διαχείρισης και οργάνωσης
- Αξιοπιστία και υπευθυνότητα
- Ευελιξία και ανεπτυγμένη ικανότητα επίλυσης προβλημάτων.
