Δικηγορική Εταιρεία με κύριο αντικείμενο την είσπραξη Τραπεζικών ληξιπρόθεσμων οφειλών, ζητά να προσλάβει Team Leader και Supervisor, οι κύριες αρμοδιότητές τους περιλαμβάνουν:
Την διαχείριση πολυάριθμης ομάδας από legal collection agents με στόχο την αύξηση της παραγωγικότητας
Την εκπαίδευση, στοχοθεσία και αξιολόγηση των agents
Την παρακολούθηση και ανάλυση στατιστικών στοιχείων, των κλήσεων και της εργασίας των agents, με σκοπό την καλύτερη δυνατή κατανομή, χρήση και απόδοση των διαθέσιμων πόρων
Απαραίτητα προσόντα
2-3 χρόνια επαγγελματικής εμπειρίας σε αντίστοιχη θέση είναι απαραίτητη
Αποδεδειγμένη εμπειρία σε διοίκηση ομάδας
Καλή γνώση Αγγλικών
Άριστη γνώση Η/Υ
Πολύ καλές επικοινωνιακές ικανότητες
