Marketing & Social Media Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing & Social Media Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance our brand visibility and drive customer engagement. As a Marketing Specialist, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create integrated marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience. You will have the opportunity to lead various projects, from digital marketing initiatives to event planning. This position requires creativity and strategic thinking, as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Contribute in the implementation of marketing strategies to expand Brand awareness and promote products / services.
• Conduct market /customers to identify trends and opportunities for promotion and growth.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and website content.
• Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on a variety of media (social, print etc.) and prepare reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Create engaging marketing content, such as blog posts, newsletters, and promotional materials and oversee distribution.
• Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to promote success of activities and enhance the company's presence.
• Collaborate with store managers and sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals and initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience at least 3 years in a similar role, with a strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage different audiences.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in using data to drive marketing decisions.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, PPC, and social media analytics.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
