Athens Prime Hotels αναζητούμε **Guest Relations Agent**
**Αρμοδιότητες**:
- Απαντώντας σε ερωτήματα εσωτερικών και εξωτερικών επισκεπτών και απαντώντας σε όλα τα αιτήματα ανάλογα.
- Συντονίζει τις δραστηριότητες μεταξύ των διαφορετικών τμημάτων του ξενοδοχείου για να εξασφαλίσει αποτελεσματική ομαδική εργασία και ικανοποίηση των επισκεπτών.
- Κατανοεί τις διάφορες προσφορές εντός του ξενοδοχείου και πωλεί διαφορετικές υπηρεσίες σύμφωνα με τα αιτήματα των επισκεπτών.
- Εξασφαλίστε υψηλά πρότυπα ικανοποίησης των επισκεπτών
- Βεβαιωθείτε ότι όλα τα προφίλ των επισκεπτών είναι ενημερωμένα με όλες τις απαραίτητες πληροφορίες
- Εξασφαλίστε υψηλά πρότυπα ικανοποίησης των επισκεπτών
- Βεβαιωθείτε ότι όλα τα προφίλ των επισκεπτών είναι ενημερωμένα με όλες τις απαραίτητες πληροφορίες,
**Προσόντα**:
- Εμπειρία σε περιβάλλον ξενοδοχείου 5 αστέρων
- Άριστες οργανωτικές ικανότητες
- Πτυχίο ή/και Μεταπτυχιακό στις Τουριστικές Σπουδές
- Άριστες δεξιότητες γραπτής και προφορικής επικοινωνίας στην ελληνική και αγγλική γλώσσα
- Οι καλές δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας στα γερμανικά, ισπανικά, ιταλικά ή άλλη γλώσσα θα ληφθούν σοβαρά υπόψη
- Δεξιότητες δημοσίων σχέσεων/Στάση εξυπηρέτησης πελατών/Άριστες επικοινωνιακές και οργανωτικές δεξιότητες
- Εργασιακή εμπειρία ως Front Office Agent, Guest Relation Agent, Concierge ή παρόμοια θέση
- Εμπειρία με λογισμικό ξενοδοχείων.
- Κατανόηση του τρόπου λειτουργίας των ιστοσελίδων ταξιδιωτικού σχεδιασμού, όπως η Booking και το TripAdvisor
- Άριστες γνώσεις Η/Υ και προγράμματα υποδοχής, MS Office (Word, Excel,)
- Οργανωτικές ικανότητες, προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια και ικανότητα προσαρμογής σε ένα απαιτητικό επαγγελματικό περιβάλλον
