Η Νομική Βιβλιοθήκη αναζητά υποψήφιο για την κάλυψη θέσης εργασίας, ειδικότητας
Project Manager συγχρηματοδοτούμενων προγραμμάτων επαγγελματικής κατάρτισης.
O υποψήφιος θα αναλάβει ρόλο υπεύθυνου για την υλοποίηση σε συγχρηματοδοτούμενα έργα επαγγελματικής κατάρτισης. Σε συνεργασία με την ομάδα του ΚΔΒΜ της Νομικής Βιβλιοθήκης θα σχεδιάζει, οργανώνει και επιτηρεί την ορθή και αποδοτική υλοποίηση έργων κατάρτισης, θα είναι υπεύθυνος για την επικοινωνία με εποπτεύοντες φορείς και θα διερευνά τις δυνατότητες συμμετοχής του ΚΔΒΜ σε διάφορα έργα κατάρτισης.
Οι υποψήφιοι θα πρέπει να διαθέτουν πτυχίο Τριτοβάθμιας Εκπαίδευσης, διοικητικές και επικοινωνιακές ικανότητες, ικανότητα έρευνας και αναζήτησης, καθώς και άριστη γνώση εφαρμογών πληροφορικής (MS Office, ERP Argus ή Soft1edu, εφαρμογές Τηλεκατάρτισης-Τηλεδιάσκεψης).
Οι αρμοδιότητες
Σχεδιασμός και Οργάνωση της υλοποίησης συγχρηματοδοτούμενων έργων επαγγελματικής κατάρτισης σε συνεργασία με τα στελέχη υλοποίησης.
Αναζήτηση εκπαιδευτών ενηλίκων και συμβούλων από το Μητρώο του ΕΟΠΠΕΠ για όλα τα έργα στα οποία συμμετέχει το ΚΔΒΜ.
Σχεδιασμός Στρατηγικών Προσέλκυσης Ωφελούμενων.
Παρακολούθηση όλων των οικονομικών στοιχείων των έργων κατάρτισης.
Επικοινωνία με Αναθέτουσες και Διαχειριστικές Αρχές.
Επίβλεψη και οργάνωση του ERP για την αποδοτικότερη υλοποίηση των έργων.
Διερεύνηση δυνατότητας συμμετοχής του ΚΔΒΜ της Νομικής Βιβλιοθήκης σε έργα επαγγελματικής κατάρτισης.
Τα απαραίτητα προσόντα
Κάτοχος πτυχίου Τριτοβάθμιας Εκπαίδευσης. Μεταπτυχιακός τίτλος θα αξιολογηθεί θετικά
Άριστη γνώση των διαδικασιών και των προδιαγραφών υλοποίησης συγχρηματοδοτούμενων έργων επαγγελματικής κατάρτισης
Προηγούμενη επαγγελματική εμπειρία (τουλάχιστον τριετής) σε Κέντρο Δια Βίου Μάθησης.
Η προηγούμενη εμπειρία στην άσκηση διοικητικών καθηκόντων θα αξιολογηθεί θετικά
Ικανότητα ομαδικής εργασίας και συνεργασίας
