**Αρμοδιότητες θέσης**:
Η εταιρεία αναζητά να εντάξει στο ανθρώπινο δυναμικό της **Project Manager. **Οι αρμοδιότητες της συγκεκριμένης θέσης περιλαμβάνουν:
**Συγκεκριμένα**:
- Οργάνωση, διαχείριση και παρακολούθηση έργου, διασφαλίζοντας την παράδοσή του εντός χρονικού πλαισίου, αντικειμένου και προϋπολογισμού.
- Συνεργασία με την ομάδα έργου και την chief operating officer
- Επίβλεψη συνεργείων υπεργολάβων / προγραμματισμός και συντονισμός εργασιών.
- Εντοπισμός πιθανών πηγών προβλημάτων, λήψη προληπτικών μέτρων για την αποφυγή τυχόν κινδύνων για το έργο και καθορισμός ενεργειών για την άμβλυνση αρνητικών επιπτώσεων.
- Διασφάλιση εφαρμογής καλών πρακτικών υγιεινής, ασφάλειας και περιβάλλοντος σύμφωνα με τα πιστοποιημένα συστήματα ISO της εταιρίας.
- Επικοινωνία με πελάτες, προμηθευτές και συνεργάτες για την υλοποίηση του έργου.
- Δημιουργία και τήρηση συνολικής τεκμηρίωσης έργου.
- Έρευνα για την προμήθεια εξοπλισμού, μηχανημάτων και αναλωσίμων έργων.
- Αξιολόγηση των επιδόσεων των μελών της ομάδας και προσδιορισμός των σημείων προς βελτίωση.
- Διαχείριση των σχέσεων με τον πελάτη και όλους τους ενδιαφερόμενους.
- Δημιουργία και διατήρηση σχέσεων με τρίτους/προμηθευτές.
- Συμβολή στη βελτίωση των διαδικασιών της εταιρίας.
- Σύνταξη εβδομαδιαίων reports
**Απαραίτητα προσόντα**:
- Πτυχίο Πολιτικού μηχανικού
- Αποδεδειγμένη εμπειρία σε διαχείριση έργων από Δημόσιο ή Οργανισμούς
- Συντονισμός ομάδας και παραγωγικός καταμερισμός εργασιών
- Άριστες οργανωτικές και διοικητικές ικανότητες
- Αποτελεσματικότητα και πελατοκεντρικός προσανατολισμός
- Πολύ καλή γνώση αγγλικών (γραπτά και προφορικά)
- Άριστη γνώση λειτουργικών συστημάτων Windows και εφαρμογών MS Office
- Άριστη ικανότητα επικοινωνίας και ανάπτυξης διαπροσωπικών σχέσεων
- Έμφαση στην επίτευξη αποτελέσματος
- Πνεύμα συνεργασίας
- Δυνατότητα μετακινήσεων και ταξιδιών στην Ελλάδα
- Δίπλωμα οδήγησης αυτοκινήτου
