**Customer Service Representative / Part Time (ref**: CSP1122)
O/Η κατάλληλος υποψήφιος θα ενταχθεί στο τμήμα εξυπηρέτησης πελατών της iStorm και θα είναι υπεύθυνος/η για:
Την αύξηση των πωλήσεων
Τη δημιουργία και αποστολή προσφορών
Την καταχώρηση παραγγελιών
Tην εξυπηρέτηση σε θέματα παραγγελιών
**Απαιτούμενα προσόντα**:
Πολύ καλή γνώση σε λύσεις και προϊόντα Apple σε επίπεδο Hardware και Software (iOS, MacOS)
Γνώση SAP θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν
Άριστη γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας
Ανεπτυγμένη ικανότητα ομαδικότητας, επικοινωνίας και εξυπηρέτησης του πελάτη
Εκπληρωμένες στρατιωτικές υποχρεώσεις (για τους άνδρες υποψηφίους)
