Περιγραφή Θέσης_:_
- Εξυπηρέτηση επισκεπτών και διασφάλιση της εύρυθμης λειτουργίας του Spa
- Παροχή υψηλού επιπέδου υπηρεσιών, προγραμματισμός και οργάνωση θεραπειών
- Προώθηση και πώληση υπηρεσιών και προϊόντων
- Επίτευξη εμπορικών και ποιοτικών στόχων Spa
- Tήρηση της πολιτικής και των διαδικασιών της εταιρείας
- Καθοδήγηση και επίβλεψη προσωπικού και παρακίνηση ομάδας
- Διαχείριση παραπόνων επισκεπτών
- Aποτελεσματική επικοινωνία με τα συνεργαζόμενα τμήματα του ξενοδοχείου
**Requirements**:
- Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ/ΙΕΚ Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων, Αισθητικής, Φυσικοθεραπείας, ή συναφούς εκπαίδευσης
- Άριστη γνώση αγγλικής γλώσσας
- Ευχέρεια στην χρήση Η/Υ
- Προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση και γνώση 2ης ξένης γλώσσας θα εκτιμηθεί
- Επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και ομαδικό πνεύμα
- Πελατοκεντρική αντίληψη και ικανότητα πωλήσεων
