**Αναζητούμε τον κατάλληλο υποψήφιο που θα καλύψει θέση Technical Support Agent για τα γραφεία Praktiker στο Μοσχάτο.**
**Αρμοδιότητες**
- Άριστη εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και άμεση διεκπεραίωση προβλημάτων
- Έλεγχος και πιστοποίηση καλύψεων Επέκτασης Εγγύησης και την συστημική καταγραφής τους
- Καθοδήγηση πελατών για την επίλυση τεχνικών προβλημάτων
- Ενημέρωση πελατών για τη διαδικασία επισκευής στο πλαίσιο της εγγύησης
- Προώθηση επέκτασης της εγγύησης
**Requirements**:
- Κάτοχος πτυχίου ΙΕΚ/ΕΠΑΛ/ΟΑΕΔ, ειδικότητας Τεχνικός Εφαρμογών Πληροφορικής
- Επιθυμητή εργασιακή εμπειρία 1-2 έτη σε αντίστοιχη θέση
- Ανεπτυγμένη ικανότητα επικοινωνίας και οργάνωσης
- Επαγγελματική συμπεριφορά και ομαδικό πνεύμα
- Ικανότητα ανταπόκρισης σε στόχους και τήρηση διαδικασιών
- Αυτοπαρακίνηση και υπευθυνότητα
