**Customer Service - Logistics**

**Αρμοδιότητες**
- Προγραμματισμός οδικών αποστολών και παραδόσεων εντός Ευρώπης, με βάση τις απαιτήσεις των πελατών
- Παρακολούθηση των αποστολών εμπορευμάτων και εξασφάλιση των έγκαιρων παραδόσεων
- Επικοινωνία και διεκπεραίωση καθημερινών θεμάτων με πελάτες, προμηθευτές, συνεργαζόμενους αυτοκινητιστές
- Ενημέρωση πελατών και συνεργατών για την πορεία της μεταφοράς
- Τιμολόγηση πελατών και πληρωμή προμηθευτών
- Σύνταξη και αποστολή οικονομικών προσφορών προς πελάτες
**Εμπειρία & γνώσεις**
- Απόφοιτος Λυκείου/ΙΕΚ/ΤΕΙ, Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων ή Logistics
- Εμπειρία 3-4 ετών σε αντίστοιχη θέση, σε εταιρία μεταφορών, logistics ή παρεμφερή, απαραίτητη
- Άριστη γνώση χρήσης Η/Υ, MS Office, ERP
- Αριστη γνώση Αγγλικής γλώσσας και εμπορικής ορολογίας, απαραίτητη
- Επιθυμητή η γνώση άλλων γλωσσών, Βουλγάρικη
