Καταρχήν, ας σου πούμε λίγα λόγια για μας. Είμαστε η Redcase, μια ομάδα παθιασμένων ανθρώπων με φρέσκιες ιδέες, ειδικευόμαστε στο web design & development και βρισκόμαστε στη Θεσσαλονίκη.
Αυτή τη στιγμή, αναζητούμε το επόμενο άτομο που θα ενταχθεί στην ομάδα μας ως Business Development Specialist.
**Τι θα κάνεις**
- Ανάπτυξη στρατηγικής ανάπτυξης με έμφαση στο οικονομικό όφελος και την ικανοποίηση του πελάτη.
- Διεξαγωγή έρευνας για τον εντοπισμό νέων αγορών και αναγκών πελατών.
- Διοργάνωση επαγγελματικών συναντήσεων με υποψήφιους πελάτες.
- Προώθηση προϊόντων/υπηρεσιών με στόχο την επίτευξη των στόχων των πελατών.
- Ετοιμασία συμβάσεων πώλησης.
- Παροχή αξιόπιστης υποστήριξης μετά την πώληση.
- Διαμόρφωση μακροπρόθεσμων σχέσεων με πελάτες.
**Τι χρειαζόμαστε**
- Αποδεδειγμένη εμπειρία ως Business Development Specialist ή σε σχετικό ρόλο.
- Ιστορικό πωλήσεων
- Εμπειρία στην υποστήριξη πελατών.
- Γνώση MS Office και CRM λογισμικού (π.χ. Salesforce).
- Άριστη γνώση αγγλικών.
- Γνώση της αγοράς.
- Δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας και διαπραγμάτευσης.
- Ικανότητα οικοδόμησης σχέσεων.
- Δεξιότητες σχεδιασμού και διαχείρισης χρόνου.
- Πτυχίο BSc/BA στη διοίκηση επιχειρήσεων, πωλήσεις ή σχετικό τομέα.
- Ενθουσιασμός και πάθος
**Θα ήταν ωραίο αν επίσης γνωρίζεις κάτι από τα παρακάτω**
- Βασικές γνώσεις από γνωστά CMS Wordpress, Woocommerce, Magento 2, CS Cart και δυνατότητες που προσφέρουν
- Γνώση χρήσης γνωστών προγραμμάτων διαχείρισης tasks (Asana, Jira)
