Κύριες αρμοδιότητες του ρόλου αποτελούν η διαχείριση και η ανάπτυξη των υφιστάμενων εταιρικών πελατών, η συνεχής ενημέρωσή τους για νέες υπηρεσίες και προϊόντα WIND καθώς και η παροχή υψηλού επιπέδου υπηρεσιών εξυπηρέτησης με σκοπό την διατήρηση τους στο δίκτυο.**
Requirements**
- Προσανατολισμός στο στόχο και το αποτέλεσμα
- Εργασιακή εμπειρία σε τμήμα Πωλήσεων, b2b, d2d, promotion κ.α.
- Πελατοκεντρική προσέγγιση
- Ανεπτυγμένες επικοινωνιακές ικανότητες
- Ευχάριστη και δυναμική προσωπικότητα
- Ικανότητα οργάνωσης και διαχείρισης χρόνου
- Άνεση στη χρήση Η/Υ
- Εκπληρωμένες στρατιωτικές υποχρεώσεις για τους άνδρες υποψηφίους
**Επιθυμητά Προσόντα**:
- Πτυχίο ΙΕΚ/TEI / AEI
- Γνώση του κλάδου τηλεπικοινωνιών
