We are currently looking for a Business Analyst to join our Group Finance team based in Nea Ionia, Athens.

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing financial and operational data to support reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes. You will work closely with multiple teams to ensure data accuracy and provide insights that help improve reporting quality and support decision-making.

Key responsibilities are to:

  • Collect, organize and analyze operational and financial data
  • Prepare monthly management and stakeholders' reports
  • Create, coordinate and monitor the annual budget and forecasts
  • Manage, process and analyze large datasets using Excel and Google Sheets
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis based on stakeholders' requirements
  • Collaborate closely with the Accounting departments (Group, PL, RO, GR) to ensure the accuracy of financial reporting
  • Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of financial data quality and of reporting procedures

Requirements

  • BSc degree in Finance/ Accounting / Economics or in any other related field
  • 4-6 years of working experience in financial analysis, FP&A or in a Big 4 Company
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Solid background in Accounting (IFRS)
  • Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and ERP is highly valued
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle complex data sets
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as a collaborative team player in a fast-paced environment
