- Πτυχίο (ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ) Αρχιτέκτονα Μηχανικού ή πτυχίο σχολής σχεδιαστών
- Προϋπηρεσία επιθυμητή με εμπειρία 1-5 έτη σε αντίστοιχη θέση
- Απαραίτητη γνώση υπολογιστή Windows, Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) και Adobe
Suite (Photoshop, InDesign)
- Απαραίτητη γνώση αρχιτεκτονικού σχεδιασμού (AutoCAD, Rhino3D, ArchiCAD ή και
άλλων 3D προγραμμάτων)
- Απαραίτητη γνώση αρχιτεκτονικών αποτυπώσεων και κατασκευαστικού σχεδιασμού
- λεπτομερειών (2D Drawing skills)
- Απαραίτητη γνώση τρισδιάστατων απεικονίσεων και φωτορεαλισμού (3D Rendering skills)
- Επιθυμητή εργοταξιακή εμπειρία σε οικιστικά έργα, νέες κατασκευές ή ανακαινίσεις
κτιρίων
- Επιθυμητή γνώση Πολεοδομικής Νομοθεσίας (ΝΟΚ, ΓΟΚ, έκδοση αδειών), αλλά όχι
απαραίτητη
- Δυνατότητα σύνθεσης με σχεδιαστική αντίληψη και προσοχή στην λεπτομέρεια
- Διάθεση για δημιουργία υψηλής αισθητικής και υψηλών προδιαγραφών με ενδιαφέρον
για νέες αρχιτεκτονικές τάσεις
Αντικείμενο εργασίας και αρμοδιότητες:
- Αρχιτεκτονική σύνθεση και τρισδιάστατος σχεδιασμός
- Δημιουργία πακέτων κατασκευαστικών σχεδίων και αρχιτεκτονικών προδιαγραφών
- Άδειες δόμησης και διεκπεραίωση φακέλου στην Πολεοδομία
- Επισκέψεις σε εργοτάξια για επίβλεψη, αποτύπωση και καθοδήγηση συνεργειών
- Συνεργασία και επικοινωνία με την κατασκευαστική ομάδας του γραφείου και τους
προμηθευτές υλικών και ειδικών κατασκευών

Εκπαίδευση:
- Πανεπιστημιακή Εκπαίδευση (Προτιμάται)
Εμπειρία:
