Εκ μέρους πελάτη μας, αναζητούμε αφοσιωμένο Αρχιτέκτονα για να ενταχθεί στην ομάδα του, συμμετέχοντας σε καινοτόμα έργα αρχιτεκτονικού σχεδιασμού, αστικής αναμόρφωσης, αποκατάστασης και βιώσιμων κατασκευών.

Ο Ρόλος σου :

Σχεδιασμός και ανάπτυξη αρχιτεκτονικών μελετών για έργα κτιριακών υποδομών και αναπλάσεις δημόσιων χώρων.

Σχεδιασμός και υλοποίηση ενεργειακών αναβαθμίσεων και αποκαταστάσεων κτιρίων.

Επίβλεψη και συμμετοχή στη διαδικασία αδειοδότησης και έκδοσης οικοδομικών αδειών.

Σύνταξη τεχνικών εκθέσεων για δημόσιους αρχιτεκτονικούς διαγωνισμούς.

Προετοιμασία κατασκευαστικών σχεδίων και προϋπολογισμών έργων.

Διαχείριση και καθοδήγηση νεότερων αρχιτεκτόνων και υποστήριξη στην ανάπτυξη νέων έργων.

Συνεργασία με μηχανικούς άλλων ειδικοτήτων για την ολοκλήρωση μελετών.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα :

Πτυχίο Αρχιτεκτονικής

Τουλάχιστον 5 χρόνια εμπειρίας στον αρχιτεκτονικό σχεδιασμό.

Άριστη γνώση AutoCAD και Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, κ.ά.).

Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικών (γραπτά και προφορικά).

Δημιουργική σκέψη, ικανότητες επίλυσης προβλημάτων και προσαρμοστικότητα στις ανάγκες των έργων.
