Η Work4u αναζητά για λογαριασμό πελάτη της, ελληνική επιχείρηση με ολοκληρωμένη γκάμα προϊόντων για τον αγρό, το δάσος και τον κήπο, έναν **Brand** **Communication** **Manager** για μόνιμη 8ωρη απασχόληση με τις εξής **αρμοδιότητες**:
- Εισήγηση στρατηγικών brand για τα εργοστάσια που διαχειρίζεται
- Συστηματική ανάλυση ενεργειών ανταγωνισμού
- Διερεύνηση και ανάλυση customer insights για τις κατηγορίες και τα brands που διαχειρίζεται
- Συμμετοχή σε εκθέσεις ώστε να ενημερώνεται για τις εξελίξεις στην αγορά και τον ανταγωνισμό.
- Στρατηγικός σχεδιασμός πλάνων marketing και επικοινωνίας σε συνεργασία με τους Product Managers και τα τμήματα marketing των προμηθευτών που διαχειρίζεται
- Δημιουργία και εκτέλεση campaigns και δράσεων επικοινωνίας με βάση τα πλάνα marketing
- Συνεχής παρακολούθηση υλοποίησης των ετήσιων marketing plans και ανάλωσης του marketing budget
- Συνεργασία και επικοινωνία με εργοστάσια προμηθευτών για την εισήγηση νέων προωθητικών ενεργειών
- Παρακολούθηση αποδοτικότητας και αποτελεσματικότητας προωθητικών ενεργειών, και υποβολή σχετικών αναφορών
- Τροφοδότηση και έλεγχος ποιότητας υλικού σχετικού με εταιρικές αντιπροσωπείες για website, social media και φυσικό προωθητικό υλικό (μπροσούρες, φυλλάδια κ.α.) εταιρείας
- Επίβλεψη κατάρτισης, μετάφρασης και σχεδιασμού πληροφοριών για τα brands που διαχειρίζεται
- Συνεργασία με Εμπορική Διεύθυνση για ανάπτυξη σεμιναρίων, υλικού επικοινωνίας και δράσεων προώθησης των brands που διαχειρίζεται στο δίκτυο συνεργατών της εταιρείας
- Εκμετάλλευση ευκαιριών προώθησης των brands που διαχειρίζεται στο website και τα social media της εταιρείας
- Συνεχής διερεύνηση τρόπων ανάπτυξης δράσεων PR και Εταιρικής Κοινωνικής Ευθύνης για τα brands που διαχειρίζεται
**Aπαραίτητα προσόντα**:
- Εμπειρία σε αντίστοιχη θέση 3-5 έτη
- Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ
- Μεταπτυχιακό σε Marketing ή MBA
- Πολύ καλή γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας
- Πολύ καλή γνώση Η/Υ, χρήση ERP
- Συνέπεια, ήθος και σταθερότητα
- Προσανατολισμός στην επίτευξη αποτελεσμάτων
- Οργανωτική και επιχειρηματική αντίληψη/ οξυδέρκεια
- Συνεργασία και αποτελεσματική επικοινωνία
- Αναλυτική και Συνθετική Σκέψη
