Η GEP, η κορυφαία εταιρεία στον χώρο της Υγείας και Ασφάλειας στην Εργασία στην Ελλάδα αναζητά Procurement & Facilities Management Coordinator για το τμήμα Προμηθειών της Οικονομικής Διεύθυνσης.

**Βασική Αποστολή Θέσης**:
Αποστολή του Procurement & Facilities Management Coordinator είναι η αποτελεσματική κατηγοριοποίηση και παρακολούθηση των προμηθειών της εταιρείας με στόχο την αποδοτικότερη λήψη υπηρεσιών στο βέλτιστο κόστος καθώς και η συνεχής επίβλεψη των εγκαταστάσεων με σκοπό την άμεση συντήρηση ή/ και ανακαίνιση αυτών για την ομαλή λειτουργία της εταιρείας.
**Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες**:
Οργάνωση και συντονισμός των συντηρήσεων και των ανακαινίσεων στις εγκαταστάσεις (εσωτερικά και εξωτερικά)
Επιθεώρηση των κτιριακών υποδομών για τον προσδιορισμό επισκευών ή ανακαινίσεων
Έλεγχος των καταναλώσεων των υπηρεσιών κοινής ωφέλειας με στόχο τη μείωση του κόστους
Επίβλεψη των τεχνικών κατά τη συντήρηση των εγκαταστάσεων
Διαχείριση των συμβάσεων υπηρεσιών
Διαχείριση των προμηθειών της εταιρείας διασφαλίζοντας την ορθότητα των εξόδων
Βελτιστοποίηση των διαδικασιών προμηθειών ανά κατηγορία με σκοπό την επίτευξη μέγιστης αποδοτικότητας
Δημιουργία αρχείου προμηθευτών ανά κατηγορία προμήθειας και ανεύρεση νέων προμηθευτών με σκοπό τη μείωση του κόστους και τη βελτίωση της ποιότητας των υπηρεσιών
Οργάνωση της διαμονής των συνεργατών που διαχειρίζονται projects σε περιοχές εκτός μόνιμης κατοικίας (ενοικιάσεις σπιτιών / κρατήσεις ξενοδοχείων / οχήματα)
Οργάνωση εκδηλώσεων και εκπαιδεύσεων εντός των εγκαταστάσεων της εταιρείας

Οργάνωση ταξιδιών / διαμονής
Οργάνωση εκδηλώσεων
Εύρεση νέων προμηθευτών για μείωση του κόστους
**Εκπαίδευση - Γνώσεις**:
Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ / ΤΕΙ στη Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων, Οικονομικά, Λογιστική ή συναφές αντικείμενο
Καλή χρήση Excel, Word
Καλή γνώση Αγγλικών
**Εμπειρία**:
Αναγνωρισμένη εμπειρία 1 έτους σε ανάλογη θέση
