Ζητάμε Customer Care Agents για εργασία στο κέντρο Τηλεφωνικής Εξυπηρέτησης Πελατών. Κύριες αρμοδιότητες: η διαχείριση εισερχομένων κλήσεων, επικοινωνία με τους πελάτες ασφαλισμένους, η διαχείριση περιστατικών οδικής βοήθειας και ιατρικής βοήθειας, και ποιοτική εξυπηρέτηση και παροχή υπηρεσιών στους πελάτες σύμφωνα με το ασφαλιστήριο συμβόλαιο τους.
**Απαραίτητα προσόντα για την θέση εργασίας**:
- Απολυτήριο Λυκείου - ΙΕΚ
- Απαραίτητη γνώση χρήσης Η/Υ (MS Windows)
- Καλή γνώση Αγγλικής γλώσσας (FCE)
- Εμπειρία σε Τηλεφωνική Εξυπηρέτηση Πελατών.
- Άριστες διαπροσωπικές και επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες (καλή χρήση προφορικού και γραπτού λόγου) με εστίαση στην βοήθεια προς τον άνθρωπο
Άλλες δεξιότητες: ευγένεια, αυτοπεποίθηση, αντοχή σε καταστάσεις πίεσης, δυνατότητα εκτέλεσης πολλών εργασιών μαζί (επικοινωνία με πελάτη και ταυτόχρονα αλληλεπίδραση με το σύστημα), θετική διάθεση, ενσυναίσθηση, ομαδικότητα, επίλυση προβλημάτων, υπευθυνότητα.
Πλήρης απασχόληση σε **πρωινές, απογευματινές, νυχτερινές βάρδιες** (μηνιαίο πρόγραμμα βαρδιών). Εργασία σε σύγχρονο και ευχάριστο εργασιακό περιβάλλον όπου η υψηλή απόδοση αναγνωρίζεται ενώ παρέχεται συνεχής εκπαίδευση
