Στο πλαίσιο της δυναμικής ανάπτυξης των δραστηριοτήτων της, η WATT + VOLT αναζητά **Retail Sales Administrator** για τη διαχείριση διοικητικών και διαδικαστικών θεμάτων.
**Responsibilities**
- Συμμετοχή στην διαδικασία οργάνωσης και υποστήριξης του τμήματος Retail
- Αποστολή και διαχείριση αιτημάτων του δικτύου καταστημάτων
- Συντονισμός και παρακολούθηση προωθητικών ενεργειών για τα καταστήματα
- Συνεργασία κι επικοινωνία με τα αρμόδια τμήματα της εταιρίας
- Δημιουργία αναφορών
- Παρακολούθηση ανταγωνισμού
- Παρακολούθηση συμβάσεων, στόχων & πληρωμών
- Βελτιστοποίηση των συστημάτων & διαδικασιών
- Παρακολούθηση ανοιγμάτων καταστημάτων (συμβάσεις, αποστολή διαδικασιών, επικοινωνία και follow up με τα εσωτερικά τμήματα και τους εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες)
- Αρχική επικοινωνία με υποψήφιους συνεργάτες για ορισμό συνάντησης, καταχώριση στα συστήματα και παρακολούθηση των επικοινωνιών
- Παρουσιάσεις περιοχών για δυνητικά ανοίγματα νέων καταστημάτων και χαρτογράφηση της περιοχής
- Επικοινωνία με εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες για έργα που αφορούν τα καταστήματα
- Εξωτερική συνεργασία με τα καταστήματα και τους εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες
**Requirements**:
- Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ ΤΕΙ
- Τουλάχιστον 1 χρόνο προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση
- Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικών
- Πολύ καλή γνώση προγραμμάτων MS Office
- Εξωστρέφεια κι ευχάριστη προσωπικότητα
- Ανεπτυγμένες επικοινωνιακές και διαπραγματευτικές δεξιότητες
- Ομαδικό πνεύμα
- Πολύ καλές οργανωτικές ικανότητες
- Ικανότητα διαχείρισης πολλαπλών καθηκόντων
- Προσανατολισμός στο στόχο και στο αποτέλεσμα
