Call Center Agent
**Κύριες Αρμοδιότητές του ρόλου**:
Λήψη και καταγραφή παραγγελιών
Διαχείριση αιτημάτων μέσω εισερχόμενων και εξερχόμενων κλήσεων
Καταχώρηση στοιχείων και αιτημάτων πελατών
Διαχείριση παραπόνων
Διαχείριση και εκτέλεση των παραγγελιών
Τιμολόγηση
Επικοινωνία με εσωτερικούς και εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες για την σωστή διεκπεραίωση των αιτημάτων
**Απαραίτητα προσόντα**:
Απολυτήριο λυκείου (πτυχίο ΑΕΙ ή ΤΕΙ θα εκτιμηθούν ιδιαίτερα)
Άριστη γνώση και γενική ευχέρεια στην χρήση ηλεκτρονικών υπολογιστών, συγκεκριμένα σε Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) & Microsoft Outlook
Άτομο εξωστρεφές, δημιουργικό, οργανωτικό, φιλόδοξο, ομαδικό, θετικό, προσαρμοστικό και ευέλικτο
Ικανότητα εργασίας σε ένα περιβάλλον με γρήγορους ρυθμούς και διαχείριση πολλαπλών θεμάτων
Επικοινωνιακή ικανότητα & ευγένεια για τηλεφωνική εξυπηρέτηση πελατών
Προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν
