**Warehouse **Manager**
Ο ρόλος αναφέρεται σε υπεύθυνο Αποθήκης του υλικού της πληροφορικής. Ειδικότερα αφορά:
- Παραλαβή, τακτοποίηση, ταξινόμηση προϊόντων, αποθήκευση.
- Προετοιμασία και τεχνικός έλεγχος των παραγγελιών, καθώς και τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία για την επίλυση τεχνικών προβλημάτων με εσωτερικούς πελάτες.
- Σχολαστική παρακολούθηση της διαδικασίας των τεχνικών θεμάτων και παραγγελιών και ενεργή συμμετοχή στην επικοινωνία όλων των τμημάτων.
Προφίλ:
- Άριστη γνώση του Hardware και της αρχιτεκτονικής των Ηλ. Υπολογιστών. (Επιθυμητή προϋπηρεσία σε Αποθήκη ή Service Refurbished Η/Υ).
- Τουλάχιστον 2 έτη εργασιακή εμπειρία σε αντίστοιχη θέση
- Άριστη ικανότητα γραπτής και προφορικής επικοινωνίας της ελληνικής και της αγγλικής γλώσσας
- Υψηλής ποιότητας εξυπηρέτηση των πελατών
- Εμπειρία στη συνεχή υποστήριξη και aftersales service
- Άριστη γνώση χειρισμού εφαρμογών MS Office, εξοικείωση με συστήματα ERP
- Εμπειρία στη συνεχή μέριμνα για τη βέλτιστη εικόνα του σέρβις, της αποθήκης και του στοκ των εμπορευμάτων
- Ομαδικό πνεύμα, οργάνωση, αποτελεσματική διαχείριση χρόνου, ανάληψη πρωτοβουλιών
