In this Romanian speaking Back Office role it's all about corporate communication. As a Romanian Back Office Agent, you will be responsible for handling all written communications & assisting Romanian speaking customers with the verification process of their accounts.

key responsibilities

Act as the first line of defense & escalation for the Romanian marketReceive customer questions, complaints, & comments via emails & live chatsHelp customers with the verification processCollect and analyze key information in accordance with the regulations of the competent auditing authoritiesCommunicate with other departments, following pending issues related to customer's identification or withdrawUpdate customers' databaseEnsure appropriate and confidential handling/sharing of sensitive information
experience Previous working experience in a similar role would be considered as an asset.

qualifications A native level of RomanianBusiness English levelPC & MS Office literacy
