The position is full time and permanent, based in Athens.

key responsibilities

• Website content management
• Manage product listings, including product details, descriptions, images, pricing, categories
• Inventory management
• Collaborate with internal teams to keep the website up-to-date
• Responsible for end-to-end order process
• Provide excellent customer support
• Day-to-day maintenance tasks, bug fixes and optimization initiatives
• Assist in resolving issues with external partners in order to ensure the proper system operation and technical connections
• Suggest new practices to improve the website functionality and design
• Contribute to new implementations and testing
• Assist in ecommerce business development
  

  experience

  Min. 2 years of experience in a similar role
  

  qualifications

  • Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant
  • Masters Degree (will be considered a plus)
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and ERP systems
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
  • Hands-on attitude and desire to work in a dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Problem-solving, organizational, and prioritizing skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluency in Greek & English language (both written and verbal)
  • Rapid learner with passion for e-commerce
