Ecommerce Specialist

Seeking an experienced Ecommerce Specialist to join our team in Athens. As a key player in our e-commerce operations, you will be responsible for managing website content, product listings, inventory, and customer support.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Website Content Management: Develop and implement content strategies to drive sales and engagement.
  • Product Listings: Manage product details, descriptions, images, pricing, and categories to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure website up-to-dateness and resolve issues promptly.
  • Order Process: Manage end-to-end order processing to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Customer Support: Provide excellent customer support through various channels to resolve queries and concerns.
  • Maintenance and Optimization: Perform day-to-day maintenance tasks, bug fixes, and optimization initiatives to improve website functionality and design.
  • Partnership and Development: Assist in resolving issues with external partners and suggest new practices to improve website functionality and design.
  • New Implementations and Testing: Contribute to new implementations and testing to ensure successful deployment.
  • Ecommerce Business Development: Assist in ecommerce business development and growth strategies.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Min. 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field; Master's degree a plus.
  • Skills: Experience with e-commerce platforms and ERP systems, ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Language: Fluency in Greek and English (both written and verbal).
  • Personal Qualities: Hands-on attitude, desire to work in a dynamic environment, problem-solving, organizational, and prioritizing skills, strong communication skills, and rapid learner with passion for e-commerce.
