Pharmaceutical Production Supervisor

key responsibilities

• Ensures the smooth operation of the production/packaging department in the time frame of the shift.
• Monitoring the production /packaging process to ensure that it complies with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, GMP standards and safety guidelines to ensure product quality.
• Takes initiative or participates in efforts aimed at enhancing productivity processes and lowering production costs.
• Guiding employee performance to ensure that they reach goals and complete duties on schedule.
• Advising employees on their job obligations and safety procedures.
  

  experience

  • One year working experience in an equivalent position in industrial manufacturing, with prior expertise in the pharmaceutical business, will be an asset.
    

    qualifications

    • A Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences is required. A postgraduate degree will be treated as an extra qualification.
    • Excellent computer (MS Office) expertise
    • Excellent knowledge of English
