As a Dutch speaking Account Manager, you will be responsible to support the sales team and you will be the first point of contact for SME customers in the Benelux market.

The role is inside sales, can be held from the office or home and you would mainly be available online and by telephone to identify opportunities, handle questions and to guide our customers further with our solutions.

key responsibilities

  • Maintain & grow existing accounts
  • Look for cross-/upsell opportunities for the short, medium and long term.
  • Handle small re-sales processes yourself and working together with the sales team to increase the total turnover and contribute to the growth of Fleet Complete.
  • Approach proactively existing customers to ensure that they use Fleet Complete's solutions optimally and are satisfied.
  • Know how to spot opportunities for expansion and planning, and/or give a demo or training yourself.
  • Involve actively in the existing accounts and keeping in our CRM system track of all contacts accurately.
  • Support our sales and account management team by taking on common (administrative) tasks and helping them to fully focus on their growth objectives.
  • Handle smaller sales deals yourself, by telephone/online

      qualifications

      • Native level in Dutch
      • Excellent level in English
      • Experience with CRM solutions (e.g. Salesforce) would be a plus
