The Product Analyst position is full time and permanent, based in Athens. Hybrid work model is also provided.

key responsibilities

  • executing scheduled data analysis, utilizing BI tools and spreadsheets
  • monitoring daily operational reports and alerts, for identifying and resolving issues
  • performing product operations tasks in the context of product/features configurations, testing and incident management
  • executing analysis on the basis of business problems, in order to define solutions and deliver product requirements for development
  • documenting the requirements for the implementation of reports, models and dashboards on the companyâs BI system

      qualifications

      • degree in IT or Business or Economics or relevant field
      • 2+ years of experience as Product Analyst
      • familiarity with BI tools, knowledge of MS Excel, ability to prepare reports, map data from different sources
      • exposure in system activities/configuration (e.g. CMS, CRM etc.)
      • fluency in english
      • military obligations fulfilled, if applicable
