Seamar Management SA, part of a Nasdaq-listed group, managing an expanding fleet of dry-bulk carriers, seeks a resilient and highly skilled DPA & HSQE Manager to join our team.
Requirements:
- Prior seagoing experience as a Master Class A' and at least 5 years of office-based experience in a similar role.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with a track record of successfully managing and developing teams driven by KPIs and organizational change.
- Working knowledge of auditing, behavioral safety systems, risk analysis, emergency response, incident command, incident investigation, injury case management, safe working practices, and applicable international maritime, flag state, and classification society regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including experience in conducting risk assessments, root cause analyses, and performance evaluations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Interested candidates are requested to send their CV.
