The store operates 365 days a year. The Role We are looking for a Senior Store Manager to join the RVU Distribution team and take overall responsibility for the management of our Attica Selections store. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial awareness, proven experience in team management and a genuine passion for fashion and lifestyle. The role is responsible for driving the store’s overall commercial performance and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, while delivering an outstanding customer experience and maximizing the potential of the brands represented in the store.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve sales targets against budget and drive Like-for-Like (LFL) sales growth.
- Monitor and optimize key retail KPIs: Conversion Rate, Units Per Transaction (UPT) and Average Transaction Value (ATV).
- Monitor and optimize Gross Margin.
- Lead, coach, develop and evaluate the store team.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and customer experience.
- Analyze performance, prepare reports and implement improvement plans.
- Maintain Visual Merchandising standards and brand presentation.
- Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the store, overseeing safety and security matters and coordinating with the Technical Department to address any maintenance or operational issues. Requirements
- 4–5 years of retail experience, including at least 2 years as a Store Manager.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing retail KPIs.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Excellent commercial awareness and analytical skills.
- Very good command of English and proficiency in MS Office and POS/ERP systems.
- Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
