Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for clients across multiple projects, monitor projects progress and provide clear, proactive communication to clients
- Contribute to improving internal processes , including workflows, collaboration, and communication across teams and stakeholders.
- Work on key accounts and business opportunities Skills, Experience &Attitudes Must have
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, IT, environmental science, or a related field
- Strong interest in software systems and integrated technology solutions, with the ability to quickly understand and learn technical workflows
- Ability to organize and manage multiple projects and client interactions efficiently
- Strong IT skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent command of Greek and fluency in English Nice to Have
- Some experience (e.g., internships, projects, or previous roles) in Technical Project Coordination or similar role
- Interest in or exposure to pre-Sales, consulting, or bid management processes
- Experience in the water sector, environmental technologies, or sustainability-focus organizations
