Construction Site Foreman – 10+ Years of Experience Project Outside Athens MALODEVELOPMENT S.
A. is looking for an experienced Construction Site Foreman for a full-time position on a high-specification construction project outside Athens . We are looking for a hands-on professional with strong site experience, solid technical knowledge, and proven ability to coordinate subcontractors and construction crews.

Key Responsibilities

- Daily supervision and coordination of site activities
- Coordination of subcontractors and crews
- Monitoring progress against the project schedule
- Quality control and implementation of drawings/details
- Coordination of materials and deliveries
- Immediate resolution of technical and construction issues
- Close cooperation with the Project Manager and Site Engineers Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in a similar role
- Strong background in demanding construction projects
- Excellent knowledge of site operations and construction sequencing
- Proven team and subcontractor management skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Availability to work and stay outside Athens is essential
