Key Responsibilities
• Oversee planned maintenance and technical operations across a property portfolio
• Conduct property inspections and maintain technical records
• Coordinate contractors and respond to maintenance requirements
• Liaise with property owners and stakeholders
• Support project management activities, including site supervision and reporting Requirements
• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Experience in facilities management, property maintenance, or MEP operations
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Travel-ready when required
