• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements across different business areas, including service agreements, management agreements, supplier contracts, partnership agreements, and investment documentation.
• Support legal risk management, identifying potential exposures and advising management on mitigation strategies.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across business operations, including corporate governance, licensing requirements, GDPR/data protection, and internal policies.
• Structure and support investment operations, including domestic and cross-border transactions, joint ventures, and group-level initiatives.
• Oversee legal aspects of Golden Visa and residency-by-investment programs, ensuring compliance with Greek and EU legislation (where applicable).
• Support and coordinate cross-border transactions and group-level legal initiatives involving foreign investors, subsidiaries, or partners.

• Work closely with Finance, Operations, and Business Development teams to support business objectives.
• Facilitate and participate in contract negotiations and dispute discussions, providing practical, business-oriented legal guidance.
• Support project legal management, including monitoring progress, coordinating between parties, and advising on implementation issues. Requirements
• Minimum 15 years of post-qualification legal experience, with a strong background in corporate and commercial law (experience in real estate is an asset).
• Law degree from a recognized university; admission to the Greek Bar is required.
• Experience in multinational environments and handling cross-border or group-level legal matters and foreign-investor operations.
• Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills in Greek and English.
• Strong understanding of Greek and EU regulatory frameworks.
