Role Description This is an on-site internship role for an Administrative Assistant based in Athens, 4 hours per day. The Administrative Assistant will support daily office operations, including handling phone calls, managing correspondence, and maintaining organized digital and physical records. The role involves assisting with scheduling, coordinating meetings, and providing general clerical support to team members and management. The intern will help prepare documents and reports related to assessments, counseling, and crisis response activities, and may assist in communicating with clients and partners. The position requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks in a professional, confidential, and timely manner. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to support daily office operations and documentation.
• Candidates should possess professional Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for interacting with clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess Executive Administrative Assistance capabilities to support scheduling, meeting coordination, and basic reporting tasks.
• Ability to use office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email, scheduling tools) and maintain organized electronic files.
• Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills, especially related to the maritime sector, are an asset.
• Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and respect for confidentiality, particularly in handling sensitive assessment and counseling information.
• Current student or recent graduate in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences) is preferred.
