Logistics Assistant

TIMAC AGRO | LYDA, a member of Groupe Roullier, is a leading company in agro-solutions, supporting sustainable plant and animal nutrition. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Logistics Assistant to join our team and support our daily logistics operations. The role involves order processing, transportation coordination and inventory management, working closely with internal teams, suppliers and transportation partners.

Key Responsibilities
Order Management & ERP Administration
• Receive and enter customer orders into the ERP system
• Record delivery notes in the ERP system
• Submit purchase orders to the Group's manufacturing plants Domestic Logistics & Transportation
• Plan and schedule domestic deliveries to ensure timely order fulfilment
• Source and coordinate domestic transportation providers Inventory Management
• Monitor stock levels by product and warehouse
• Conduct physical inventory counts twice a year and investigate any stock discrepancies International Logistics & Transportation
• Source and coordinate international transportation for import shipments
• Coordinate import orders and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery
• Manage export shipments to the Balkans and Cyprus, ensuring efficient transportation and timely delivery Requirements
• Previous experience in Logistics or Supply Chain will be considered an asset
• Knowledge of SAP Business One will be considered an asset
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
