As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for a Senior PHP Developer to join our technology team and contribute to the evolution of our core platforms and services. This is an on‑site position based in Greece. Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior PHP Developer with a strong technical foundation and a passion for building scalable, high‑performance applications. In this role, you will work on mission‑critical systems, complex integrations, and innovative solutions that support the daily operations of corporate customers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
Application Development design, develop, and maintain robust web applications and backend services. API Integrations lead the integration and maintenance of third‑party SOAP and REST APIs. Code Quality write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following industry best practices. Troubleshooting analyze, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues. Cross‑functional Collaboration work closely with product, operations, and development teams to deliver high‑quality solutions. Architecture Contribution participate in architectural discussions and support technical decision‑making. Mentoring review code, guide junior developers, and promote best practices. Performance Optimization continuously improve system performance, security, and reliability. Technologies PHP MySQL JavaScript / jQuery Linux SOAP & REST APIs Git Modern development frameworks and tools Requirements Strong professional experience in PHP development Excellent knowledge of MySQL and database optimization Solid understanding of JavaScript and front‑end technologies Experience working in Linux environments Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and coding best practices Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills Fluency in both Greek and English Ability to work on‑site Nice to Have Experience with Laravel or other modern PHP frameworks Experience with React Native or mobile development Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and deployment processes Experience with enterprise applications and large‑scale API integrations
