- Tsakos Conbulk Services (TCB) Ltd to join the workforce. Main duties and
responsibilities:
• Responsible of the administration of Crewing department;
• Preparation of validation documentation for annual ISO Internal & external audits;
• Preparation of Quarterly & Annual Management Performance Reviews pertaining to Crew department’s operations;
• Liaising with training centres for the optimal management of seafarer training needs;
• Assisting in Co-ordinating Briefing/De-briefing and newcomer/promotion interviews and follow up as per company’s procedures;
• Keeping electronic files with all seafarers’ signed contracts and documents;
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree preferable in Shipping, or related field, or ex-sailing officer;
• Experience at Crew department will be considered an asset;
• Excellent command of English language, both verbal and written;
• Computer literate;
• Excellent organizational & soft skills;
• Ability to work efficiently as a team member.
