Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Consultant to join our team and work on a variety of projects within the Banking and Financial Services sector. The role is highly client-facing and advisory-oriented, involving close collaboration with banking and financial services clients to understand their strategic objectives, identify business challenges and translate their vision into actionable business solutions. The successful candidate will take an active role in shaping project direction, challenging existing approaches and helping clients define their priorities.

Key Responsibilities
• Work closely with clients and senior business stakeholders to understand their strategic objectives, business aspirations and operational challenges.
• Translate high-level business objectives and strategic goals into actionable plans, business solutions and implementation approaches.
• Take ownership of client discussions and workshops, setting the agenda and guiding conversations towards identifying business priorities and opportunities.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing recommendations and challenging existing processes and business approaches where appropriate.
• Conduct business analysis, assess current business operations, identify gaps and define improvement opportunities.
• Structure complex business challenges and translate them into clear business requirements, high-level designs and proposed solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and proposed solutions. Requirements
• Experience in Business Analysis, Business Consulting or a similar client-facing role.
• Previous experience within the Banking and Financial Services sector.
• Good understanding of banking products, financial services and business processes.
• Strong client-facing experience, with the ability to interact confidently with business stakeholders and senior management.
• Proven ability to understand strategic business objectives and translate them into practical recommendations and actionable plans.
• Strong consulting and advisory mindset, with the ability to lead discussions, challenge assumptions and proactively identify business needs.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple topics and adapt to different business environments and project requirements.
• Excellent command of English. Nice to Have
• Previous experience in a consulting environment or a professional services firm.
• Exposure to different areas of banking and financial services, such as lending, credit assessment, banking operations and financial products.
• Experience working with banking institutions, financial services providers or other large regulated organisations. Benefits
