A. is building a new AI-powered consumer service that connects people with the public and private services they use every day. The Forward Deployed Engineer is the bridge between those services and our product. You will sit with public bodies, service providers and our technology partners, understand how their processes really work, and turn them into working solutions inside our platform. You will map a process, design the flow, configure and test it with the AI assistant, and stay with it until it works for real users. This is not a software developer role and not a desk-based analyst role. It is for people who understand both the business problem and enough of the technology to make it work. You will join one of two tracks, Public Sector or Private Sector, and grow with the business from its first version.

• ResponsibilitiesWork on-site and remotely with public bodies, companies and service providers to understand their processes, rules and data
• Map end-to-end user journeys and turn them into clear functional requirements and solution designs
• Configure, prototype and test service flows on our AI assistant platform: prompts, agent workflows, integrations through official interfaces
• Work with our technology partners' engineers to deliver each service, and check that what is delivered matches what was agreed
• Run pilots with real users, collect feedback and data, and recommend what to change
• Prepare business and technical input for each new service: effort, cost, risks, dependencies
• Keep documentation of each service live and accurate, so others can run and extend it
• What you need1–3 years of experience in consulting (business analysis, process or digital transformation) or in technical delivery of IT projects
• Comfortable with technology hands-on: APIs, data formats, SQL or basic scripting (e.g. Python), or low-code tools
• Ability to sit with a client, ask the right questions and translate what you hear into clear requirements
• Fluent in Greek and English, written and spoken
• Willing to travel to client sites when needed
• Nice to havePractical experience with large language models or AI assistants, beyond everyday use
• Public Sector track: familiarity with Greek public digital services
• Private Sector track: experience with banking, utilities, telecoms or insurance processes
• Degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, or business with a strong technical component
