buerger katsota architects is hiring a full-time Senior Architect to join the team in Chalandri, Athens and collaborate on international projects of all architectural scales. The Senior Architect will be working on educational, residential, and hospitality projects that are in all design phases and various scales. The successful design, planning and delivery of each project is expected to be balanced with maintaining excellent client, contractors, and consultant relationships. Dedication for producing exceptional architectural design, independence and efficiency in project delivery, paired with enthusiasm and genuine interest in all disciplines of design is a must. Qualifications Degree in Architecture and registration with state licensing board Minimum 10 years of architecture experience post-degree Proven application of the Greek building legislation (ΝΟΚ) Seamless client communication and cost compliance Production of feasibility presentations, design proposals, and regular reports Strong budget and time management skills Permit application process and efficient project management Strong experience in construction drawings and site supervision Direction and supervision of building contractors to execute works within strict timeframes Ensure buildings are designed and produced with high quality parameters BIM experience is essential Excellent command of Autocad, Revit, Microsoft Office, Photoshop, InDesign, and visualisation software such as 3DStudio Interior architecture skills and specification of FF&E is desirable Fluency in written and spoken English, good knowledge of German is an asset
