At MSCOMM, we're looking for a talented and driven Event Producer / Project Manager to join our Events team and help bring exceptional experiences to life. We're seeking a hands-on professional with 3-4 years of relevant experience, who combines strong project management skills with a solid understanding of event production, technical coordination, and client servicing. From the initial brief to the final show, you'll take ownership of projects, coordinate teams and partners, and ensure every detail comes together seamlessly.

What You'll Do
• Manage end-to-end event projects, from concept development and planning to execution and post-event wrap-up.
• Oversee event production processes, timelines, logistics, and on-site operations.
• Coordinate technical production requirements, including audiovisual systems, lighting, LED screens, staging, set design, and event infrastructure.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, understanding their objectives and translating briefs into effective event solutions.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, production crews, creative teams, and external partners.
• Monitor project budgets, quotations, schedules, and deliverables.
• Take an active, hands-on role in event setups, rehearsals, and live execution.
• Anticipate challenges, troubleshoot on the spot, and deliver solutions under pressure. What We're Looking For
• 3-4 years of proven experience in event production, event management, or event project management.
• Hands-on experience in producing and managing corporate events, conferences, and complex live productions.
• Solid understanding of technical event production and on-site operations.
• Strong client management, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a collaborative approach.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and perform effectively under tight deadlines.
• Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
